1972
Founded as Progressive Chemical Corporation by Mr. Kumar P. Shah, marking its entry into the chemical industry.
2000–2002
Major expansion with the establishment of Progressive Electroplating Chemical Pvt. Ltd. and incorporation of Progressive Surface Systems Pvt. Ltd. (current company).
2001–2010
Rapid industrial growth with the launch of 4 manufacturing units across key years: 2001, 2005, 2007, and 2010.
2016
Undertook a major rebranding initiative to reflect its evolved identity and market presence.
2024
Milestone achievement with the redesigned head office, aligning infrastructure with modern innovation.

Progressive was pioneered by Mr. Kumar Shah and was born out of his pure enthusiasm for the world of chemicals and metals. It is currently lead and managed by the ambitious and determined Mr. Malav Kumar Shah. We are a family led company and our values translate into our way of doing business.
